Milani Limited Edition (Naturally Chic) Shadow Eyez 12HR Wear

Milani's New Shadow Eyez 12HR Wear! I was so excited when I saw these available on their website and ordered them right away ^o^ (because I tried looking for them at Walgreen's a couple weeks ago but couldn't find them). I bought these looking for the perfect dupes for Make Up For Ever's Aqua Shadows (which are super popular in Korea right now btw thanks to Get it Beauty haha). I also got these because I just love cream shadows in general. I often wear contacts and these don't have any fall outs that irritate my eyes through out the day~
I also picked up one from their permanent line called 03 Champagne Toast. I was looking for the perfect base color and primer for my shadows and also thought this would look nice under my waterline for that Korean enlarging/brightening effect haha. It's a pearly pastel pink color with a metallic sheen finish.
(Left to Right): 08 Espresso Line, 09 Cafe Au Lait, 11 Sand Dunes, 12 Golden Bronze.
These are the limited edition colors from their summer collection called "Naturally Chic". There are 6 colors in this collection and I picked up 4 out of the 6. The other two matte shades didn't really appeal to me so I passed on them. I thought these would be the most ideal to implement in my every day wear. I can see myself using Cafe Au Lait or Golden Bronze as a crease base, Espresso Line as my accent color and Sand Dunes for inner corners and under the waterline.
(Swatches Left to Right): 03 Champagne Toast. 08 Espresso Line, 09 Cafe Au Lait, 11 Sand Dunes, 12 Golden Bronze
Espresso Line and Cafe Au Lait are a matte finish. Champagne Toast, Sand Dunes and Golden Bronze are a metallic sheen finish. As you can see they're super pigmented and vibrant. They were also super creamy and very easily blendable but once they dried they didn't smear or budge. You will experience no smudging whatsoever. Plus they really are waterproof like they claimed which was a plus. These are only $6.99/ea compared to $20.00/ea for Make Up For Ever's Aqua Shadows. I only have 2 of the Make Up For Ever's Aqua Shadows so I can't really compare dupes color wise but I can say these are extremely similar formula and quality wise.

Final Grade: A+ will definitely repurchase these and ditch Make Up For Ever's Aqua Shadows because of the value and quality.
